2.1. The price for the Goods is fixed in CNY according to FCA Shenzhen, China terms.2.2. The price includes all the Seller’s expenses related to the production, packing and marking according to the terms of the present Contract.
3.1. The Seller shall prepare the Goods according to Invoice to the Contract within 3 weeks from the moment the Seller’s bank advice of receiving the complete transfer amount of 30% prepayment.
