4.What strength e-liquid should I buy?
This is, in a way, the trickiest question of all because ultimately, it’s a personal preference. You need to try out vaping to see what you like. We at We would suggest if you were a heavy smoker start at 6mg, and if you were a light smoker 3mg will be fine. Heavy smokers will probably smoke between 5-10 ml each day whereas social/ light smokers might only smoke that each week.
